Over the last decade, I have been searching for methods to increase height.

In this field, there have always been two camps:

• Scientists. They speak credible but it’s often complex and boring.
• Everyday people. Their conclusions are obvious or incorrect, but they are easy to understand.

I position myself in the middle to convey proven ideas from scientific research in a simple, concise, and engaging style.
